Collection Opening Hours: Venue doors (please check venue door times) - 8:30pm

Click and Collect Terms and Conditions: Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet Tour Merchandise

Collection Date: Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet Tour merchandise is exclusively available for collection at Utilita Arena Birmingham on 5th and 6th March.

Collection Locations: Your order collection point will depend on what day you have chosen to collect your order.

5th March Collections: Collection point is located at the merch shop at Entrance E. Please refer to the collection locations maps here.

6th March Collections: Collection point is located between seating blocks 6-7 and opposite the main merchandise stand. There will be a dedicated pop up stand for all click and collect pre-orders. Please refer to the collection locations maps here.

Collection Requirement: Customers are required to present their email order confirmation at the time of collection. Orders will not be released without a valid confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

Collection Deadline: All orders must be collected from the designated merchandise collection point at Utilita Arena Birmingham before 8:30 PM on the event date.

Eligibility: Orders for 6th March collections are only available for collection by ticket holders attending the Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet Tour event at Utilita Arena Birmingham on 6th March 2025.

Cancellation Policy: Orders not collected by 8:30 PM on 6th March 2025 (including any outstanding 5th March collection orders) will be automatically cancelled. No collections will be facilitated after this time.

Refund Process: All cancelled orders will be automatically refunded. Refunds may take up 10 days to process.

Pre-Order Deadline: Pre-orders for Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet Tour merchandise will close at 11:00 AM on 6th March 2025. This deadline allows our merchandise teams adequate time to prepare and bag orders for collection.

By placing an order for Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet Tour merchandise through our click and collect service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of your order and subsequent refund.

Please note, we do not offer a delivery service at checkout and we will not be able to facilitate a delivery service after the event. If you have ordered and can no longer attend the event at Utilita Arena Birmingham, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
